We are very close to the Monashee Provincial Park, Mabel Lake and only a couple of minutes drive away from Echo Lake where you can go fishing… even in the winter. Once the snow is falling you may want to go skiing up on Vernon’s famous ski hill ‘Silver Star’ which is about an hour from us. In the summer there are plenty of hiking trails in and around Lumby. If you would like to taste some of the famous Okanagan wines and want it to be a safe outing… there is a wine tour by bus leaving from Lumby. The tourist information in Lumby will be able to give you the exact details on the days and times of the most current schedule.
