Last weekend we were testing our potato fields in the garden… we only pulled up three plants and got a bin full of big and smaller ones… can’t wait for the first Raclette of the season. Also, all the different zucchetti plants are going crazy… from big to little and even round ones we have harvested this time around. Here a photo of them drying off in the dish rack!
