Just got back in from an early morning visit to my veggie garden. The sun hasn’t reached it, yet. The soil and plants are still wet from the morning dew. I was undecided what will be in my breakfast this morning. Seeing the arugula going into bloom I decided my man ‘should try’ to make me an omelette with some fresh spring onions and arugula. Here are more photos of the bounties growing in my a bit ‘wild but very organic’ veggie garden!

- Potato field in front of the scarlet runners
- I love the orange blossom of the ‘scarlet runners’ a beautiful bean
- One test broccoli seems happy
- Raspberries in the back, left ‘bush’ beans and to the right the test broccoli
- Soon the zukkes will be ready
- Not sure if the melon will make it…
- Arugula to your left, more potatoes to you right and some sunchokes behind arugula
- Swiss Chard… still not quite sure what the Swiss connection is
- Step 1: cook
- Step 2: flip
- Step 3: eat
